Hello, I am Elijah, aka Coach Eacy. Since an early age, I have been interested in fitness and health. I am a former collegiate soccer player, I have a degree in Exercise Science, and I am a certified personal trainer. I have experience working with fellow athletes, the general population, seniors, and individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
